Myself I Like using Salifert test kits.
there very dependable and High quality.
Ed we need some test kits that are of reef quality, I don't care which brand they just need to measure nitrate,m phosphate KH and Ca well. Ultimately I want the students taking data from this project.

I like salifert test kits as well but we only have the AP kit, its not very useful, however I use whatever I can get at school.

Gary Jones from API was one of the speakers at the Drs. Foster and Smith frag event this past July.
One of the tips he gave was to keep test vials filled with plain ro/di water when not in use. This way it will help remove any residue to give better test results.

Great In-put Linda, and one thing I know a lot of LPS use this method to but they add there vials to one container of RO water I would like linda suggested add water to the vials but keep them to themselfs and not all in one container.

I actually know of one major industry leader who has tested a ton of kits and the ones that came out on top were actually not the salifert kits(which have been having many inconsistencies lately).

I'm still working on all the lists but I got something on the Berlin Schools "wish list" today.
SERA was very generous and sponsored speaker Scott Fellman at House of Fins in Greenwich, CT.
I had an amazing day today. One of the many highlights was when the owner of House of Fins said "yes" when I asked if I could have the SERA aqua-test box for the school :)
THANK YOU both House of Fins and SERA!! :10:

The school wouldnt like a couple damsels would they?
I hate to say no to any donation but right at this moment I don't have a place for them. The special ed tank already has two damsels in it each of the 20's has a pair of clowns.
I don't see where I could put them. :frown:
