cant post in buy/sell forum?

hi, i keep trying to make a topic under the buy/sell section of these forums and i cant. it tells me im now allowed and what not. ive tried to search and find out if i need to meet certain standards to be able to post there but cant find anything. all i found was something like i need 5 posts to be able to sell... nothing about buying; which is what im looking to do. can someone explain to me why im unable to create a new topic in that section. thank you

auctually, sorry. enver mind. after i posted this i seen i was able to post there. i guess i needed 16 posts to be able to... please dont think this was some sort of way of mine to raise my post count to 16 so i could post there. i honestly had no idea i needed 16
