Sorry no pics. My orange Tree Sponge is turning white on some of the branches. It's white and fuzzy, anywhere from 1/8 to 1/2 inch. The fuz on the tips is coming off with help from the power head. Polyps are still comming out above & below the White places.

What can I do To Save It. Please help, I'm willing to try anything!

Bump Should I try to frag the branches above the white? The polyps are out & The color is good. I just don't know to do it, or if it will release toxins, or how much.

Help!

me personally I would watch it. If it progresses then I would frag but I would wait because it may take care of itself

I too would just keep an eye on it. It's hard to say why coals start to die in certain areas. Many recover without doing anything at all. Many die despite doing everything that you can....welcome to reefing! lol

Thanks all, That was my first instinct, But as you said Specs, with reefing you never really know.
