Anyone from WI or surrounding areas?

Hey guys-

I don't want to step on any toes or offend anyone here, but I do want to extend the welcome to anybody to also come check out our NWRS club based out of Rhinelander WI. We hold our meetings the third wed of every month at the Foster and Smith Aquaculture Facility.

This is a very young club with alot to offer everyone from the beginner to the advanced aquarist. We try to be a hands on club with interactive speeches and demonstrations.

Another thought is that we have been talking of bringing in some of the top speakers in the industry and were wondering if there would be any interest from your members in participating? If so who would you like to see?

I'm very offended. I'm not near Dr Fosters and you are, and no clubs that I know of near by. So what do you do, you go off and tease me with a good offer that I can't get into :-P

I live in Iron Mountain, MI and have been to F&S several times. Actually, I was ready to just give up the hobby, but F&S encouraged me to change a few things and I am still with it.
With gas prices at $3.42, I can't see myself going there too often, although, I wish I could. It's about an 1-1/2 hour drive.

Well we would love to have you if you can ever make it down. I totally understand about the gas prices.

I think a really good unimaginable thing for some reefers to do would be to move Dr Fosters over to Southern CA, then I could go into their store and to the frag swap. :biglaugh:
