WOW!! It is all I can say right now.
Since first meeting and talking with Ed (Gottcha) I became very impressed with the amount of knowlege that he possessed when it came to saltwater tanks and various experiences that he had. He actually was asking for my opinion about his store that he had at the time. I told him how i liked the layout. Later on in the conversation (after looking at the nice corals he had in stock) I asked about a light that would be perfect for corals. He pointed me in various directions such as PFO, IceCap etc... but then he gave me a link to his store that showed Sunlight Supply Lights. I immediately inquired about the Maristar lights and 6 months later they were in my possession and I am never letting them go! The lights are very well built and give off an awesome light to the tank.
But i am getting side tracked.
Since ordering these lights, the company was messing around with me and Ed regarding the lights and thier shipment. Ed immediately got on the phone with me and the company to sort it all out and handled it with outstanding professionalism. Especially when i discovered that the 2 halides included were busted during shipping. Replacement bulbs were sent to me .. not only replacements but better bulbs then what was originally with the setup! Again, all orchistrated by Ed again!
I recently just placed an order for leg brackets for the Maristar fixture through Ed again. He called me this morning to let me know that the order has been placed and from which spot that they were coming from to ensure that i get them fairly fast! Now if that isn't outstanding customer service, then i don't know what more you would call it because it has been the best service that i have ever recieved from ordering online, hands down!!
I highly recommend Ed and Fragtraders for ANY ordering that he could possibly help you out with. I will definately order through Ed again before ordering online if he has access to the products that i need. I can't wait to see what corals i can get from him!!!
