What is the best way to move musrooms off of a rock to mount them onto rubble? I want the orrigional mushroom to regrow in its orrigional spot and the frag to mount itself to rubble rock for trading.

What is the best way to move musrooms off of a rock to mount them onto rubble? I want the orrigional mushroom to regrow in its orrigional spot and the frag to mount itself to rubble rock for trading.

There are many ways to go about this stresco. One way that I find is easy enough is: Get a flat square razor and cut the shroom in half down the center of its mouth. Than scrape under the shroom and make sure you get some rock to pull off the half you want to mount. You can than do one of 2 things. Take the half and place it in a small bowl of rubble (or cc) and place it in a low flow area. It will attach in a week or so. Or, you can net the frag to a piece of rubble and place it in the bottom of your tank until it attaches. HTH
