Is this a good refugium for my 55 gal? Quality? Good price? What do you think about the protien skimmer etc?
What would you suggest or have for your own tank? Not looking for anything DIY.
Thanx

If you buy one please email me with your opinion about the your puchase and how satisfied you were. I'm considering buying the same thing when I get my 75 gallon up and running. my email is haider_mark@hotmail.com

you could make one for cheaper. And customize it to your needs. JMO.

I know this is an old thread, over a year even, but I just bought this exact set-up from the same people and thought I would share my experience.
First off as stated in the auction listing it says it comes in a wooden crate. Ok, fine...the wooden crates shows up and only has half the stuff in it. So needless to say I'm fuming and I send an email to let them know it's missing stuff. The next day a second box arrives with most of the missing stuff, however at this point I'm still missing the instructions, the return u tube/spray bar, the pump for the skimmer and the correct lights for the tiny fixture. So I send another email. Almost 2 weeks later another box comes, with the same pump as the first one I had received, a u-tube for the over flow, 3 21" pc lights and 2 more not correct lights for the tiny fixture.
I will say this, even though they can't seem to get it right, what I have received has been well packed and they have thrown in lots of extras and the little tank which is only about 15 gallons is extremely well made.
I need to call them today to get the skimmer pump and the return u tube/spray bar, i've given up on the lights, I have 6 that are not the correct color temp as stated in the auction but they will work none the less.
Obviously I can buy the needed parts elsewhere, but I want what I paid for when I bought the kit.
So I would say....Purchase at your own risk.
