and both times, had a great experience. I have purchased snails, inverts, plants, worms, crabs, shrimp, amphipods and copepods. Packing and shipping were well done and timely, communication was excellent and when I had a small problem with 1 of about 15 items in an order, the issue was resolved quickly.
