55 reef lighting

i have an ice cap 660 ballist. i am running 4, 4" bulbs i was wondering if anyone knows what would be the best k rating and bulb configuration. My tank is a 55 gal. I want to not be limited in the coral selections.

That's 4 VHO lamps? If I'm not mistaken VHO lights come in 10K rating, which is good for coral growth. For viewing pleasure you can add some actinic in between. Personally I don't like 50/50 bulbs.
