Hello everybody. I'm not new to the fish hobby but I haven't been around for very long either. I've got myself a rocking 350 gallon freshwater tank which I have devoted to South American cichlids. If anybody wants to know what I keep, feel free to ask. I've got a 75 gallon with african mbunas, but this is why I'm here. I'm looking to get rid of them and venture into the incredible fish world of sa lt :-D . Not venturing into a reef setup yet however. I'm gonna do a fish only with live rock. Not to sure what to stock it with yet, but i want to add a flame hawkfish for sure. This is an absolute must for me. So I'm looking forward to learning and suggestions.
Thanks

well welcome aboard in a 75 you can keep alot of the neat fishes but beware................it took me 2 weeks t go from FOWLR to want a reef setup...what are you going to filter with most reefers use about 1-2 lbs of live rock per gallon for a natural filter do take your time and choose your path carefully if you have any questions PM me, Luke

Well, since I'm just starting out, I want to be safe and not do anything to extreme. I'm sure if I really wanted to, I could do something more complicated and not have to many problems, but I'm gonna start off slow to be safe.
