As most of you know I just moved from Ohio to Florida. I wish I had better news but I lost ALL of my fish and most of my corals...I have a chili, my blue ridge, and green star polyps. Tha ts it...I am hoping anyone and everyone is in need of cleaning out their tanks and can help me with some cheap or free frags? I am willing to pay the shipping of course! I would be particularly interested in xenia, hammer, mushrooms, sun polyps, and zoo's although I am interested in everything else too. Unfortunatly I have no job and will be returning to college so I dont plan of having one for a while since I will be going for Air Traffic Management with a minor in Air Traffic Controll, Meteorology, and have to choose the 3rd minor still....wish me luck. I really need to get the tank back in shape so that I have something to look at to relax LOL! Let me know...Thanks in advance for anyone willing to help :-D

Fishgills I am in Oak Hill, FL near to New Smyrna and Daytona Beach....gosh out of 88 views you are the only one to have replied!!! I am saving change literally to pick up anything!!! I just got accepted to Embry-Riddle University so I know where tons of my money will need to go to but....I really am missing my old set up but am going to try to snorkle out around the jetties here but I hear there isn't much in the way of corals not to mention I guess you cant take corals at all? Even frags? so I will be looking for sponges and so forth....40 inverts a day? Anywho...any donations you can help me with I would be so greatful and hopefully could help you out someday. I have managed to pick up a few ricordeas that I am told are rare and hopefully they will multiply quickly....I have a wonderful orange, green, and baby blue but then with you being in south FL you probably have access to these as well, and still I have to wait till the single shrooms I have split and I cant be sure when that will be if you were interested....I am babbling sorry....

Aww, Fishgills, I'm so sorry you had to get out of the hobby. More than that, though, I wish you good health and happiness.

I'm really sad about this, I know that with all the storms and everything it has been a burden for you lately. I wish you the best. You can always set up something smaller a little bit easier for you to handle. Whatever you do, you're advise is always welcome around here ;)

Awwwwwh! FISHGILLS! I know the feeling of having the loss of a tank....I went from 7 tanks to 1 on top of everything I really miss the walls of tanks! You know I had a 2.5 gallon and a 5 gallon that were for being so small just awesome! might want to consider on of those to keep your toes wet? Your tank was so nice! I just got a nice supprise from a family member yesterday....I have been after sun coral/polyps for years and seems like no one ever has them well in the door my mom came yesterday with a decent peice she bought for me at $35....needs a little nurturing I think so feeding DT's oyster eggs and target feeding as well. My ricordea I have is looking so huge since I started using the DT's oyster eggs! One of the LFS carries them here at $22 for the 1oz size, not bad I dont think as that would be shipping alone if I ordered online! If I can get somethings together fairly soon I will try to make a trip down to the area and if you decide to nano it let me know I may be able to provide a frag of the sun coral, some super green star polyps, pink xenia, and a peice of blue ridge to get you started. It's not much but it is what I have to offer. marshalrckman thanks again for yout offer I'll wait to hear when that shroom is ready, also anything I can share as well with you let me know! I really appreciate all the help and thoughts from both of you! Just the thought that my reef is on it's way to repair is helping the move I made here easier and making it feel more like home. Thanks again!
makes me cringe just thinking of having a tank like thay then having to get rid of it  sorry gills
