I have the 50gpd unit, and when I first got it, I hooked it up, and cranked the water on full blast. Didn't know you should do this. So, it started leaking water in a few different places. I took it back to the dealer, and he let me know not to do that again, and he put some more teflon tape on the connections. It helped greatly with the leaks, but they are still there. Here's the situation. Each place where the Yellow input hose connects to the unit (the elbow joints that he taped) there is a small pinhole leak. I would say I'm only losing about 1 drop of water from each of the 3 connections per min. Has anyone else experienced this, and should I be worried? I have also heard that replacing these fittings with JACO fittings will help. Any ideas on that?
