Orbit Light Ballast...................Help

We have an Orbit light that we are pretty sure that the ballasts are shot in. We have tried two new sets of lights and none of them will work. So we are thinking it is the Ballasts or at least one of them but the two are connected and it looks like we would have to replace both of them.

does anyone know how I could contact the manufacturer of the light or where else I could look for ballasts. We have been looking for a couple of days now with no luck and are going to order a new light on Ebay. But we would really like to fix the one that we have.

try opening it up there will be a ballast with apart # on it most ballasts are made by magnatek or advance and some elictrical suppl house can get them through special orders

We did that but the electrical shop here was no help to us! they did not beleive that we were running a 96W 34 inch bulb from it! That is why I was wondering if we could just get it from the manufacturer of the light, but I am not sure how to do that.......
