What is this thing ???

Ive had some live rock in my tank for a few weeks now and i have seen a worm type creature its about 10 cm long and is red with small legs and moves very quickly through the holw in my live rock

Probably a bristle worm. Don't worry about it. They do a great job of stirring the substrate. If you see one that is extremely large you may want to pull it out and put it in the refugium or dispose of it if you don't have one.

It's probably a bristleworm. Beneficial detritus eaters.
