Type of Coral?

These just started showing up on my tank and the growth rate is phenomenal. I don't know what it is or whether it is harmless or harmful, please help, thanks!

It's the flower looking one in the middle of the picture, maybe a polyp I hope??

Thanks Khrone & Doctor, I am finally able to identify this. As of this writing, I found out that this polyp is starting to spread to adjacent rocks and fixtures,,, I take it since it's harmless its a good thing! :-D
