plate coral isnt to happy...same with clam

so basicly i think my plate coral is sick...it lost all its little arms and he has some black stuff on him...and the clam isnt to happy either...he is always on his side and then i put him facing up he doesnt really open up that much...im going to do a water change tomarrow and see what happens...anyone wit helpfull info out there?

Typer, what are your water perameters (SG, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, calcium, alkalinity, whatever you can furnish)? What size tank do you have? How long have you had it? What is your setup (i.e. lighting, filtration, inhabitants, etc.) What kind of clam do you have? How long have the clam and coral been in the tank?

The answers to these questions may help to narrow down what is causing problems.

well my orp is 325...it was about 335 an hour or so ago.
gota test everything else....

lights are t5 lights...(all the cousin stuff he had to move so i took over his tank.) plate coral has been alive for about 2 years same wit clam. its a 30 gallon tank. everything else is happy.(fish other corals)
