That I believe is halmidia once it takes hold you cant get rid of it.

Dittos with Condiman. Great in a refuge, but will take over a tank if you don't keep it in check.

Halimeda like stated before. It's a calcareous algae that consumes Ca when it grows.

It looks like a dead "money plant" too me. I dont know what it is im not sure but it looks dead too me.

I agree with Matt, I don't think macro is supposed to look white like that. If it is dead, I suggest removing it immediately, because they absorb nitrates, and i've heard, that when they die they release them into your system again. Not sure if this is true or not.

It doesn't look dead, but I would yank it anyway before it gets really healthy and takes hold.
