Can anyone recommend lighting? I have been looking at Current's Outer Orbit 72" and Coral Life Aqualight Pro 72" to upgrade my lighting from coral life power compacts to metal halide.

Both of those lights are very good lights....I would check our sponsers here and see if any have a sale on lights...
