which spectrum of flourescent bulbs to use

i am planning on starting a refugium for my 27 gallon. I plan on using the aquafuge hang-on-back refugium. I have an old 18" 2 bulb flourescent light fixture for 15 watt bulbs. Which bulb spectum should I use? I have read that the 10000K and 20000K are good for groing macro algae. Should I run one of each of these, or should I combine one with a actinic03..... or should I run the 50/50 (actinic03/6000K) and the actinic03 that i have in it presently?

Myself I use a 57k, I have used a 10k, and 50/50.
and I have gotten over twice the macro growth using the 57k, 24/7.
