Can I put fake corals in with seahorses, like branching corals that they can hitch on to? I heard fake plants, but they look kinda cheesy, and they have some really colorful synthetic corals over at Drs Foster and Smith.

P.S. Can I do that thing where you squirt that stuff onto the back wall of the tank and make it look like LR? I forgot what it's called!

Avoid Walt Smith Fake Coral, the Nature's Image or whatever...
At the fish store we put them in a tank, killed all the fish in the tank we had to drain and restart it, put them into another tank and the same results.
Just warning you, you could get some georgians and etc for them to hang on too...we have a sea horse species tank at work and we have a ton of it for them...

I have some caulerpa. How quickly does it grow? I got it for free from my LFS. The lady that worked there said that i could have it because it bugged her to have to move it while cleaning the tank! LOL! Also, has anyone ever ordered anything from www.seahorseworld.com? They have 2 dwarf seahorses, 1 male and 1 female, for $17.00. I think that's a good deal. And shipping is very cheap! One more ?, what do you think about growing live artemia in the seahorse tank? I just got back from the Columbus Zoo and Aqurium, and they had a small 10 gallon seahorse tank with silk plants, and they grew live artemia in the tank with them to keep a constant food source available for the horses. I heard a dilemma about hydroids or something???
