i just went to my LFS today and got some live rock and a shroom rock. I put the shroom rock on the live rock. the shrooms sit 3-5 inches from my lighting wich is underpowered. i dont have the dough for lighting right now but wanted to dable in something other than just fish. i have a reg. 30 watt fixture w? 50?50 daylight itinic bulb. first timer and wanted to experiment shrooms dont look "fully" opened and kinda "crumpled up" will this go away? is it because they were just added?

Your shrooms should open up in short order. In fact, since they are under lit, they will probably stretch themselves out as far as possible in order to catch as much light as they can.

It's normal they look like that in the morning, also next time try to acclimate your corals b4 placing them in the tank since water conditions on your tank could be very different from he conditions at the LFS. they might be still adjusting to your tank which might be very stressful. Good luck.
