View Full Version : white "worm-like strings" in water

when i turn my tank on in the morning i can see white thread or string like thingies. are these waste or some type of worm? what could they be and should i be worried? any help would be great! thanks! they dont move much either they just kinda float in the h2o. i thought worms wriggle about n stuff

Does the string thickness look like a spider web strand??? Agree with SM...would be nice to see a picture!!! ;)

im not up to speed w/ digital camera sorry, bur yes the strands kind of lok like a spiderweb

sounds like spagetti worms to me.

Might be but I still think it is a Vermetid snail...
