Problem with regal tang

My regal is showing small white dots on his body,but is very healthy in it's self my other fish are not affected, this came out 2 days ago and would like some advice on treating him i have upped my tank temp, but want to avoid chemicals if i can as i have coral?
white dots just look like air bubbles???

Does it look like air bubbles or salt crystals? Regals are prone to ich, which is what it would be if he looks salted. The best treatment for ich is moving it to a QT tank and dosing copper. The life cycle of ich entails the babies living in the substrate, so you'll need to leave your display tank empty of fish for four to six weeks.
