Found this Alien 3 look-a-like eating on my sponge.

It's hard to say what that is. Are you talking about the worm? Or the tan thing behind the worm? Pull out what you want us to ID and place it in a separate container/bowl and take a few images from different angles.

The tan thing is a piece of sponge. I'm referring to the worm-like thing. I'll try to extract him later when I get home :D

Yes, please do, it's not a bristleworm. It may be a Eunice worm that is eating the dying areas of the sponge, or it could be a predatory Oenone worm. http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2003-04/rs/index.htm scroll down for more info on these two.

The moment I get home, I'm gonna try to catch it.

I should point out that the creature appears to have legs. So I don't think it's a worm.

I'm not seeing legs. I agree that it's a segmented worm, and you could just yank it out of there if you suspect ill intent, no matter what it is!

I know it's hard to see in THAT pic. I'm gonna try to get it out later and take a better shot. I've tried to hightlight the legs in this new pic.
