I found this vendor on eBay. He has decent prices. Very slow shipping however. The packaging was horrible. There was no padding in the box and when I got it finally, the box was busted open and the contents of the package were damaged.
some would say this is a UPS issue but if they had packaged better, it would not have happened. My TDS unit's case was debris, the bag of DI beads was opened and spilled. And I believe I am missing a fitting.
The vendor, Ed, redeemed hisself by providing me with prompt email support. He promised to resend the DI beads and to replace ANY missing/broken parts simply on my word.
I emailed him SEVERAL questions about installation and he was very courteous and professional.
The instructions are emailed to you but are fairly incomplete but still usable.
I would recommend this guy but have to warn you to be patient with him.
