Here is the rough web page of pics for my new rock. The rock came from LiveRocks.Com. FULL of life when they came in ;)

I only wish I'd made the rock a little higher. I need to add about 20 - 30 more pounds of rock anyway and I have PLENTY of base rock left over so I may re-do the 'scape' this weekend when I do a water change.

thanks!
Doc, I already squished one aptasia. I found him before I got the rock in. I've heard you can put calcium on those and it will kill them while helping the tank...is this true?
TranZ, thanks...I couldn't believe the life on them..The pictures don't do any justice to what's hidden. I am VERY pleased with my purchace.

Yes...you need to use a feeding syringe and use a some kalk directed at the mouth so the aptasia takes it in...it will generally do the trick!!! I have also used boiling water from the syringe but you need to be careful not to let any other critters near when you cook em!!!!

Just on a side note...don't squish em...they will regenerate from every squished part and you will have a bunch of em!!!! :(

I actually squished it before I slapped it in the tank..I even gave it a quick shot of freshwater ;)

What other chemical can I douse it with? I got home and checked but I don't have Kalk :( What about that buffer?

I haven't heard of anything except kalk...hot water, Joe’s juice, etc... Some peppermint shrimp will eat them....
