mh no light

the power went off several times today and now i cant get my halide to come on it just glows in the center but wont kick on. anyone no if i need a new bulb or what? :?

i know when i got my lights i turned them off/on rapdily a couple time and after a while they woudn't go on but glow. i think it just kind of overloaded it real quick and i just left it alone for a day and i turned it back on, bam it was going fine.

maybe just leave it a lone for a day and let it be off than try turning it on...

Sounds like it may be your capacitor?? Can you test them??

mine wont go back on if they go off until they are completely cooled off. Just let them sit for a while.

this morning i put a fan on the igniter ant it finally came on. wew bout time everything looks great now but my filter took acrap so i spent ninty and got a canister for under the tank. this thing is nice its a fluval 304.
