View Full Version : couple new photos of my coral propagation tank

Well after getting close to over my hair algae bloom I thought I would throw a few pictures in to show how it's going so far. I only have pictures of the middle and right of the tank. will get some on the left side where my skimmer dumps into the tanks once I can get my hair algae down on that side of the tank.
there not the greatest shots but I just picked up around $300.00 more in zoo frags, and still on the look out for PPE's. :-D.

Oh I found some RPE's just waiting, for cooler weather, to have them sent. and my brother in law got some PPE's from a friend he new in NY and said I can get some from him once they take off but he only got a frag with 6 polyps on it, so maybe a christmas present. :-D :lol:

looks great, didn't you have a damsel fish or something in there before? btw, your green star polyps look awesome

You've got some awesome zoas going now! The tank really is turning out well!

Did your BIL get the PPEs with a green skirt? I ordered some PPEs, but they came with a purple skirt, so I don't think they're the real thing. That's the one thing my hub wants most, and I can't find any!

will see, it's going to be awhile before I have some to sell or trade. unless I get lucky and find some more.

do those pics cover the whole tank, or are we missing the left side? btw, you should try to propagate some hard corals, acropora grow fast, and if I remember right, you have 2 halides on that tank which is enough, just a little feed back

I believe so, I haven't seen a picture of them yet, but I know my BIL there the real ones.
