Well fellow members since it seems that many of us are shying away from the photo contests in the forum something needs to be done.... There's good prizes to win so I'm willing to help. It has come to my attention that many of you feel like your pics are not worth entering in the contests. So how about we come up with a workshop in order to help improve our aquarium photo taking skills.

By no means am I a professional photographer, but I think I can hold my own and many of the mods will work on this too I so we might have a few tips to share with you guys.

So this been said i would like to know who would be interested in this? I will start this thread so I get a good idea of who will be participating. Post in the thread if you're interested and I'll let you know when we'll begin. Any questions let me know....

I can always use some pointers when i comes to taking pics of my tank and livestock. I should have entered the photo contest -- maybe next time.

I would enter if I knew how to work my camera, I'll make that a job I need to do over the next month :)

I'll put my two cents in even though I don't have a digital (still) camera. ;)

That's the idea guys, digital cameras are mostly the same thing and the basics are pretty much the same. Let's see if we can get a few other members interested and we set a date to start this. And sure everybody that has pointers should contribute. BTW you DO NOT need a 30 gazillon MB camera to take good pics. so don't let this prevent you from participating. :-D
