I just want to say to anyone considering buying this that I have Jebo lights right now, and they are pretty good lights, especially for the price.

I have the exact lights, and am dying to upgrade. They only "fair" at best. The actinics that come with them arent real.

I forgot that about the bulbs. They are 7100K blue, not true actinic. I still think they are good lights for the price, but I'll be upgrading to MH soon too. Good starters.
