Hey all,

I recently found a snail that was hanging out in one of my zoo colonies. It seems as though it was eating them as they were dieing off so I removed it from the tank and snaped a pic of it off. Hopefully I can figure out what it was.

Second thing I am trying to figure out is these little start polyp looking thins they are very small right now so it was hard to get a good pic of them even with macro lens on.

The first looks like a heliacus snail. It is a very bad guy who eats zooanthids.

I am only guessing on the second pic, but maybe a type of hydroid?

you are correct on the snail, evil little thing he was. As for the second pic, it doesnt look like any form of hydroid I have googled it has a skin type of base it is on, its hard to tell on the pic as the thing is super small.
