If you participated in the frag trade, post your photos of the frags you recieved, along with the name of the member who you recieved them from. I think it'll be a great to combine all the photos into one thread to see what everyone got.

I'll start. :-D My frags were from Nate Morris, and were opening up during the acclimation process.

Frag #1 is a beautiful frag of purplish blue zoos. Absolutely stunning color on these. These came unmounted, so I glued them to my LR yesterday. They were fully openend within an hour.

Frag #2 is a nice little frag of bluish/green zoos that were slow to open, but have opened up all but one or two polyps today. Nice bright color on these.

Frag #3 is a tiny two polyped frag. Love it! Too cute. These will spread quickly. I have a pretty big colony of these and they tend to grow very fast in my tank.

Here a poor picture of the frag I got from cich1. I messed up the color balance and now the lights are off... The zoos are great though.

That is prectly fine, I am always sending small frags out to people who are starting tanks. I believe that the person sending to me was a brand new reefer and is only 14. I will get in on the next one and share frags again.
I really like the fact that these are captive raised and not taken from the wild. It sounds like the swap was a huge success and next time it will be even better.
When we going to do it?

I was thinkin of a fall trade but I think it may be a bit much so I might keep it once a year thing.

Once a year!!!!!!NNNNNNNNNNNNNNoooooooooo. JK, One for every season might work well.

The problem with the season thing is the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter - not favorable for shipping priority mail If it's sent overnight, cold packs/heat packs keep the corals comfy for the short ride, but for a 2-3 day ride, the heat/cold packs don't lst long enough.

overnite shipping is just to costly for a small frag
