I recently bought 2 fire clowns for my 75 gallon reef tank. For the first few days, they were fine, but nw, they have stopped eating. They haven't become too thin, or had any odd swimming patterns, but they won't eat anything. I tried brine shrimp, lettuce, beefheart plus, squid, EVERYTHING! Does anyone know of any foods fire clowns, or fish in general, cannot resist? Any human foods, or fish foods I could buy? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

LIVE baby brine shrimp or cyclopeeze always seem to kick-start the feeding reflex in picky new fish...give those a try

Ok, now one of them is sitting on the sand. He isn't like floating or anything, just sittig. His breathing seems regular, and he is still moving his fins around a lot. What's wrong with him?

how long have they been in your tank? any other symptoms of illness?
On the QT...not a bad idea, use water from your main tank...keep it dark and give them spaces to hide, like PVC pipe...throw some live baby brine in there, see if they will start feeding...

I don't have any baby brine shrimp on hand, and my LFS is closed. They've only been in the tank for 3 days so far. Now, he is swimming around with the other one, and seems fine. I'm still not going to take my chances on losing him in the night. So, by, "Keep it dark," do you mean do not turn the lights on over the QT?
