Carpet anemone is ill?!

My carpet looks really unwell. About 2 days ago it was fine, then it decide to go walk about to the back of the tank under some rock. There was hardly any light there but i figured id let it alone and see what it was up to.

It got to the back of the tank and attached its foot, then over the course of the day it lost its grip and fell on its face. Well i left it for a bit to see what it would do, but no change.

So last night i moved the rock to get it out and bring it back to the front, and its look deflated for about 2 days.

Is it dying? It doesnt look very well. It keeps moving back under the rock.

I feed it once a week. I have 2 150W MH. My water is fine, all 0, except nitrate is 0.01

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

i think it may have passed on. its not moving and it seems to be breaking apart. though when i touched it it pulsed for a brief second.

it has all this slime stuff coming from it...is it dead?

Unfortunetely it seems that it has gone to a better place. I would suggest you take it out b4 it fouls your tank's water. FWIW and for future reference carpets are some of the most difficult and harder anemones to keep in home aquaria. Sorry for your loss.
