I get an error message sometimes too. I'm not sure if it's the same as you posted or not. I just have to page down, and everything is at the bottom of the page. It just seems to be a header error for me. Hopefully, that's all it is for you too!

I just get a black screen. The same thing happens at home also. At first I thought it was something to do with work but because it does not load at home I am not sure what I need to do.

Posting the error for me, help to find the problem. btw, what browser are you using?

I have no clue- I'm on a network at work. Maybe the company website will say? How can I find out?

I would say it is most likely Internet Explorer then and just wonder if it is up todate.
