Has anyone ordered from them? Any thoughts on their customer service and quailty of their livestock?

Hi.
I recently did a LARGE coral order with them and i had a lot of problems.
Everything from leaking bags, half dried corals, dead corals, missing corals, small/undersized corals and fish for size ordered, etc...
After all was said and done, i got credited for the corals they forgot to ship, but billed me for. The problem is the DOA's. They give you a guarantee, the only problem was/is that they don't reship or refund. They "credit" your next order. the only thing is you still have to pay for shipping again. The customer service on this wasn't bad, but now i need to re-pay for shipping or i waste my credit.
The livestock leaves much to be desired. Looking at my order and what i got, it's a 50/50 crap shoot on how good it will be.
When i order my "credit" i'll let you know if that went any better.
Also i think they have a serious problem with their rock and anything attached to it. ie.. corals.
Read the bottom of this post as to why i believe that.

Anyway, i'm not one to normally complain or post about an issue like this, but i am just SOOO unhappy with them and what i've spent, i thought i should share this. If you do decide to order, don't do too much at once. this way if there's problems, it might not cost you as much.
Good luck.

Horrible!
Okay, i decided to use my "credit" to get some fish to see how the order would go.
Of course my $60.00 credit cost me another $40.00 in shipping.
Well the packaging was much better this time. A friend added some fish to the order and helped with shipping.
One of the fish arrived DOA in the bag. Of course it was one of mine.
The others arrived okay. The ordered sizes were okay.
The problem is, my dead fish. After contacting MD live, and going back and forth, they will only give me another "credit" for the fish. $20.00.
So now, if i want to redeem my credit and order another fish for $20.00 it will cost me an extra $40.00 for shipping. (Again).
They should have at least said they would send me another one to make things right. They won't.
I guess they would rather lose two customers who still have fish and corals to buy. (Elsewhere now).
Basically i'm out $20.00 since i'm not going to spend more money for strike three.
I would avoid ordering from them, although others may not have any problems. It's a flip of the coin. Good luck.
