what do you think the easiest fish to breed is? and what's the easiest clown to breed?

The easiest fish to breed, would probably be the Banghai Cardinal.
As far as clowns go... JHardman on RC, has some great posts on breeding clowns in general, and sexing them. You might want to do a search on some of his topics regarding clowns.

sexing clowns is pretty easy IMO kust get a large one and put it in a tank by itself with other fish NO AENEOME!!!!!!!! and wait about 2 months the clown will transform into a female when by itself then just get a smaller one thats the size of the average clowns at the store and put them in the tank i put mine in a community tank i think it keeps everybody aditudes in check :)

*HOWEVER* when i get the new one home i QT both of them together in a 20g long with pvc structures at both ends to give em little spaces:) and leave them in qt for about 40 days to get "acquainted" :) when i take them outta QT i have a maited pair its work twice for me now im waiting for eggs

I'd say ....
banggai cardinalfish,
followed by clownfish (perc or oscell in particular), then dottyback, smaller gobies (7 spine family), followed by seahorses. Have you grow baby brine shrimp, rotifers, or phytoplankton before
