new mushroom

i just got a mushroom today and i'm in the process of acclimating it right now. i notices some very tiny clear things with heads swimming around in the bag. what are they? will this be a problem if i introduce this into the main tank?

Do they swim like they have no idea where they want to go? Do they look like tiny shrimp? They are not bad at all.

yes they swim like they don't know where they want to go, but i'm not sure about the shrimp thing. what are they? i did do an iodine dip (1/2 gal of sw & cap full of iodine for 10 minutes - hope that was right)
