What is this

Dose anyone have an idea on what it could be. I know the photos are not the best. I have it circled in red. It looks like a small clear bubble like growth at the base of the pavona.

Yes i am interasted in what this is too.... I have one of those growing under a peice of my LR. Is it a type of sea squirt?
