I ordered that live rock- it would have been nice if it didnt arrive mostly dead. A few phone calls later- they promised to send me some seaweed to make up for it. (Like I want sea weed) anyways- a couple weeks went by and it never came- so my bf called- i called- then i told him that bc it arrived dead i was going to leave negative feedback. He took it as a "threat". I told him it wasnt a threat I just was not pleased with the service- I even played him an answering machine message that was from one of his staff that said tehy would either replace the rock or send me something. The last letter i got from him he basically told me to go F*$# myself and that if I left negative feedback he would sue me bc he was a cop :coolbeans: (not really) and has "seen more courtrooms then your petty law firm ever has." I wish he wasnt such an a$$hole about things- they have some good looking coral "gems" on ebay that I would have ordered.
