Trouble posting pics

I was not able to post pics using the attach file options in the forums, nor was I able to upload a pic to the albums sections.

Is there a problem or am I likely doing something wrong ??

I get this error message...
Upload Error: Could not upload Attachment to ./files/18gtank12-31-04.jpg

How big was the file?

Edited to say: I tried to add a pic just as a test, and couldn't either, even one as small as my avatar. I'll contact Zack.

118k - i saw a file size limit somehwere, is the limit different in the forums vs the albums or personal gallery ?
