Hi everyone I know it has been a while, sorry I am dealing with a sick seahorse and set up of a 30gal for them also. I need some help though.

As many of you know I have a 5gal that has been up for about a year +.
This was my seahorse set up until the new 30gal XH that is still cycling. A few weeks ago I purchased Marine my new WC Erectus from Chucks store (she is the sick horse) not sure where Chuck has been heard Margie is ill but the SW section is really going downhill! Any how not the point. I had a strange out break in the tank of these stick like free swimming things and it has happened a few more times since I posted about it initally. They are not seahorses besides the fact that she is a girl and she dosent carry the broad. I looked up for some time and decided that they were hermit crab fry well now it seems I have a new attraction and am not sure of what they are. Maybe jellyfish? I will describe them as my digital camera is in FL with family I lent it to and besides they are awfully small to capture with my blurry camera phone. They appear clear with some white markings. They can be free swimming where they swim just like jellyfish or they can attach to the glass. they are circular and have a white dot dead center of them with other white line markings out from the dot kinda looks like a flower? and clear tenticle like things around the outer edge. Has anyone ever had these in their tank??? I am not sure if they are harmful or not but I just found my peppermint shrimp dead less than a week ago and parameters are fine. I am worrying because I have a CB Reidi seahorse in the tank still untill my Erectus is treated and well. Not to mention I want to know what these things are. Help I need an ID. By the way what happened to the Emergency section?

I am wondering if it could possible be shrimp fry. I have also wondered where Chuck has gone and how he is doing.

I found out what I have now are hydroids!!! That is what I was in fear of. Other than Pancur does anyone know how to get rid of them? I am pretty sure the first few sighting I had seen were still hermit fry a pic I had found on the net best fit them. Only one shrimp was in the tank and I had her a long time so I dont think shrimp fry?

Condiman -- but I still have yet to see Chuck in the store for months and months since he moved, I havent seen Margie yet either but I am only in every few weeks I had an arguement with her recently though about taking my credit card I forgot my ID and she wouldnt take the card without it what a load of crap like she dosent know who I am...the saltwater section looks like s**t and no help there lately you have to constantly find someone for anything I hate having to work at giving my money over. I have just wanted to walk out lately but I did find a new source for some stuff closer to home and a owner willing to order anything and provide those live foods at demand for me so I guess all this is a good thing. On the upside I know his tank is set back up someone I know said so and just talked with him about a week ago and he is well. What has happened to our Emergency section??? Has anyone ever set chat time up? Nice to see some familiar handles are still hanging around, you, Sugar, Mike, and Ice. I will try to frequent more often since I lost my job I dont have much else to do although I am treating a sick seahorse at the moment so it might be less than more to start back in. Thanks for your response Condiman as usual. I attached a pic of my 2 seahorses note though that the head shot is of a WC Erectus not CB I was given bad info at the store all the more reason Chuck needs to come back! The little horse is a CB Reidi. Hope ya like my girls.

I have heard from friends I have that know him well that he is doing fine. As I said one of my friends talks at least weekly to him. When was the last time you all saw him around here???

Mike any idea on how to remove hydroids from LR Gorgian mushrooms anemone etc? I understand that Pancur Dog dewormer works but not safe for corals and brisleworms etc so it will kill alot off. I would perfer another method if you or anyone else knows of one. I hate to have to scrap all the stuff in the tank...I am sure I know where the hydroids came from!!!! One guess!!! I need help on this ASAP or I am going to scrap it all. The seahorses are now in the new 30gal extra high and so far doing good. No treatment given yet to the WC waiting for Diamox and Pancur from friend in Indiana. Going to wait on the Maracyn 2 until after the Diamox and Pancur treatments but I have to lance some bubbles on my WC that is ailing from external gas bubble disease at least that is what I think it is...I will try photos of the horses another time and when their tank is all set up nice. Again also what happened to our Emergeny section???
