View Full Version : Unknown. are these the dreaded aptasia

Tank have been setup for a little over 6 months. These little guys have been here since day one. They don't seem to be spreading -- are they the dreaded aptasia? I have a few peppermint shrimp and they don't touch them.

Nope they look like polyps to me. Apstasia are more brownish tan in color and seethrew kinda.

They will spread if you target feed them some thawed mysis or cyclop-eeze. Mine tend to catch anything that floats by so I rarely target feed them. They go nuts for cyclop-eeze when I feed the tank with that.

i have fed mine with le left overs of my BTA and suncorel food mix..
you wouldnot believe how big some have become

Well in that case I thought I would share this with you all


The hmuan mnid is amzsing! even if we wirte somtehing so messed up speelld copmlpetley worng, as lnog as the wrod satrts and edns wtih the crorcet lettres and cotanins all the lettres of the wrod you can sitll reed it.

the key for le is still getting the right letters in there. LOL
