I am working on a list of Recommended Books to have on Coral Forum. I'd like to get input on what I already have and any other suggestions you may have. I'd also like to get some comments and/or reviews for each book, so if you have read any of the books and would like to write something up about it feel free to post it here.

Natural Reef Aquarium By John tullock.
I have this book and myself believe this book is a must for the person just getting into the hobby ,John has a lot of good reading in this book.
he goes over a lot of the area's of the equipment.used in this hobby. and what it does. he covers a lot of ground in this hobby in this not to big book.336 pages.plus there's a handy weekly Log. and lots of nice pictures.
but then again I like all of his books...HEHEHE.

is a very good reference book for marine fish.
you have got a good list on reading materials going so far. if you want some quick reading books to list let me know.

A Practical Guide to Corals For the Reef Aquarium
by Ed Puterbaugh and Eric Borneman

great reference book, tells the lighting needs, water flow needs, aggresiveness and difficulty of care on 191 types of coral (yes, I just counted, too much time on my hands) this book also has the name's, scientific names and interested facts about the corals, it also gives you the writers idea on if the corals is for beginers or experts or shouldn't be kept, I repeat again, GREAT BOOK
