I RECENTLY PLACED A SMALL ORDER WITH THIS
PLACE AND DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED.WHAT THEY SENT WAS IN GOOD SHAPED BUT THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS ABOUT THIS.THOUHGT THEY WERE GOING TO BE A GOOD ORDER HOUSE.BUT IF THEY CAN'T CONTACT CUSTOMERS ,DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

they cant right now because they are closed untill jan 3 for the holidays. i recently ordered something from them and was satisfied. just out of curiosity what did you order that they messed up on

I HAD ORDERED RED ZOOS,INSTEAD I GOT GREEN EYES.
MAYBE THEY WILL GET BACK WITH ME AFTER 1/3 BUT THEY HAD ABOUT
SIX DAYS TO GET BACK WITH ME BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS.

Sorry to hear of the troubles your having... I have placed a few live orders with them and have always been happy. I ordered a iodine test kit that came with a broken flask... they sent a new kit out the next day after I emailed them.

Hopefully they will make it right!!

yea they closed the week of christmas if im not mistaken. i tried to order somethings from them that monday but i could not because they were closed for the holidays

they sent one email to me ,what i got is ten dollars
less than what i was charged for.
have not heard anything else.
what i got looks real good. so i am not going to pursue
problem. i think i am lucky to get what i got.

the red zoos were priced at 49.00 and what igot were green. they
were 39.00. but i was charged 49.00.
