i have a 10 gallon tank with 60w pc. my question is could i keep a hippo clam under this lighting? i do dose calcium so that part of it should be ok. i also do run a skimmer. i have 20-25 lbs live rock and 10lbs live sand. would this be possible?

Probably not....IME the only clam that has a good track record under non-MH lights is the T derasa....but they need a LOT of flourescent...I keep mine under 330 watts of VHO/PC combo...
also, a clam will quickly outgrow the 10 gallon....
sorry, wish I had better news for ya..... :D
