i have found this slug type thing on my glass just now and it's beautiful it as paper thin and see-through and has the shape of a slug i can see it's internal stuff what is it can somebody please give me a link to a pic or explain what it is

It's really hard to tell what it is without a pic. If a pic isn't an option a detailed description of the critter may be enough to make an ID. Size, color, etc.
If I had to make a guess I'd say a type of flatworm, but there are some predatory species of flatworm that hitch hike in on LR and without a pic or detailed description we can't make a positive ID.

it was about ??? 1 inch i touched it and it wiggled everywhere

Without more details we can't ID this for you, so going on the assumption from what little info we have (paper thin, see through, slug shape) that it may be a polyclad flatworm, I've gathered some web pages for you to look through to see if it matches any of the polyclad flatworms pictured. It also depends on where your rock is from as to what you've got.

I would agree that it is some sort of flat worm. Many of these are predatious, so you'd probably be better off plucking it.

well they look closer to it but i couldnt find my 1 i dont want to pluckit out he is really nice the tank is his kingdom

The problem is, some of the flatworms are predatory. You don't want to keep a predatory flatworm.
