Like I said b4 I was going to jump on the new Coralforum craze and "rebuild" my 10 gal. tank. I decided to completely remove previous inhabitants, sustrate, old LR, everything.Soas far as equipment all it has is a little HOB I had laying around and a powerhead that is feeding a DIY spray bar. Lightning will be purchased this coming week, still pondering what it will be. Give me your opinions please.

looking good Gman, great idea on the spraybar i may try something like that in my tank to get alittle water flow behind the LR

TY partners!!! The spray bar gives out massive amount of flow, even too much so I'm considering going down a little. I'm a flow freak but not that much.
Stocking is still under revision FITD, definetely some zoos and mushrooms but the rest is going to depend on the lightning I end up buying. I'm thinking about buying some frags from a member here, just to give it a try and see if they'll make it safe, I can either Fed-ex, UPS, DHL, or USPS next day so we'll see.

i have an AC200 hob that i think is prviding plenty of flow so i think i may make a spraybar to run along the bottom of the tank behind the lr to increase flow behind and through the rock, thanks for a good idea

looks great. lots of surface area on those rocks for gluing frags. Have you decided on lights yet?

Thank You SM, I still have not decided. I'm still debating between 70 Watts MH or 50/50 PC's. I've read in another thread you used them b4 what is your input on the 70 watts MH? Why aren't you using them anymore?
And yes, lots of area for frags that was the idea when I got this rock.
That looks aweful spiffy there Gman! Wat to go! I will have to watch this one and see if I can "borrow" some of your ideas....

Gman, I combined the contents of my minibow and my other nano, a 7.5 gallon into the 30 cube so I had no need for the 70 watt MH anymore. I have to say, I only had them over the minibow for about 4 months before I transferred the tank contents and the increase in the growth of my corals was quite dramatic. If I were to do another 7-15 gallon tank (don't worry honey, not going there!) I would definately go with a 70 watt MH over PC's. Of course 70 watt MH along with 32 watts of PC's would be even better!

It's great Zack, I get to cover the tank, and still have enough space for gas exchange and light penetration. not to mention keeps my son's toys out of the tank :D

Well, I'm glad to inform that my Nano tank is now oficially the home of a mated pair of Black clowns. 8) . I couldn't resist I paid only $32.00 for the pair at this new LFS I found.

Here they are. They're not perculas, definetely have more of a saddleback bodytype. I'm still looking around for the right species, can't seem to find them anywhere. So any help would be appreciated. The guy at the LFS had no clue.

I looked at the clownfish page on wetwebmedia.com, and they look just like the saddlebacks they have posted. I would agree with your ID! Awesome pair!

Gman0526,
You could double check with JHardman, on RC, as he's a well known clown enthusiast, and has bred many types of clownfish...and even has threads on pairing clownfish and explains the 'sexing' of clownfish, and how you can make sure you get a male and a female :)
