Hey everyone, i just started a mini bow 7 and am wondering what lighting is suggested. I have seen many people using the 2 x32 pfo mod lights but i have also seen VHO and MH over the top of these types of tanks. I would like to know which is going to be the best for SPS and clams because id like to buy only once.
