Just bought parts for our new 72g SW tank from fishsupply.com. We bought Orbit 4x96w power compacts, SR2 protein skimmer, dual MaxiJet 900 powerheads, MagDrive 7 pump, visitherm 200w heater and a magfloat algae scraper. Everything was a lot cheaper than my LFS so that leaves us more $$ for corals. The shipping was pretty fast and they did post a tracking number. Our lights are on B.O which stinks but we won't need them for a few weeks. Not a bad online store and I would do business with them again.

I am having mixed feelings about this company now. We ordered our pumps & lights at the same time but the lights were on BO...not a problem. We finally received the lights last friday (10/08/04) and they were broken. (bulb broken, dented fan, broken switch, lose light clamp and cracked housing). I know that the national package carriers may not always be the most careful but when shipping something fragile like LIGHTS, you should pack it accordingly. It came in the normal box with a layer of bubble wrap..I told the guy I needed my lights ASAP and he shipped them out on Monday and I got them unbroken on Wednesday from CA to NY....probably would still do business with them but not on fragile stuff.

Sorry about the problem with the lights, but it's good to know that they quickly replaced the damaged goods. Thanks for the feedback on this vendor. It's always good to find vendors that we can trust to provide quality products at reasonable prices as well as excellent customer service.
